Compiled truth (current state)

Video-Editing is a system for capturing product-demo screenshots and video runs: a Playwright capture.yaml per product plus timestamped run.json records, giving reproducible, auditable demo captures tagged with product, angle, and audience. It is idle: 11 runs were made on 2026-05-04/05 (Crawler Factory the only product in scope), all left in status: init, and none since. The pending decision is whether to revive it for current deliverables or park it; the cross-project tracker carries its one-pager.

This note was created 2026-07-08 because the vault's read contract and the tracker (My-Projects) both point at Projects/Video-Editing/index.md, but the file never existed — links to it were silently resolving to other notes. The folder currently holds Products/ and Runs/ directories with no markdown notes.
