Compiled truth (current state)

Crawler-Factory is a crawler-management product: a wizard UI (localhost:5200) that scaffolds one crawler per content type from a domain entry, Algolia-branded. It reached demo-ready in early May 2026 and has had no readable activity since — most of its original vault docs were iCloud-gated stubs, so this index is thin by necessity, not neglect. The open question is whether the project is active or parked; the cross-project tracker carries its one-pager.

This note was created 2026-07-08 because the vault's read contract and the tracker (My-Projects) both point at Projects/Crawler-Factory/index.md, but the file never existed — links to it were silently resolving to other notes. The folder currently holds only a Design-Language/ directory with no markdown notes.
