State: PAUSED, ready to resume. Built + reviewed + pushed to a Vercel preview; NOT in production. Paused: 2026-06-30. Resume trigger: "resume IA-Redesign-Pending".

The report Information-Architecture redesign. Problem: the published audit report shows ~72 flat surfaces, equally weighted, overwhelming users. Fix direction: scoped, low-overwhelm access on the live prism-hub report.

Decision (locked): don't pick browse vs chat by opinion. Ship BOTH as isolated prototypes, A/B test, let user feedback decide. Vary ONLY the access axis (shared data/job-carve/brief/skin). /ia/ia1/ browse-centric, /ia/ia2/ chat-centric, over Home Depot Mexico. Each has a Seller cockpit (6 intent-verb jobs) + Prospect view.

Status now: plan tasks 1-9 built, per-task reviewed, final opus review (on real data) fixed 4 session-wasters, gate independently verified (isolation + A/B parity + no-em-dash all green, production untouched). Pushed to branch prism-hub:feat/ia-ab-prototype -> Vercel preview. Production untouched.
