PRISM Finishing Build Plan (2026-07-12, supersedes the line below): 6 phases, each its own Fable-5 goal with a review gate before the next — Foundation → Executioner+Verification+Hermes-removal → Landing pages → Modular rearch → Multi-tenancy → Prod-readiness+GTM. ~~PRISM V2: rebuild off Hermes onto Postgres+pgvector + Claude Agent SDK, role-shaped cockpits, chat-operator, then domain-agnostic productization.~~ (superseded 2026-07-12: executioner is now prism-runner.py upgrade, not Claude Agent SDK — see decision record.)
