Vault Migration Audit: My OS

Finding

The vault contains valuable material and should not be broadly deleted.

The folder /Volumes/Data/Dropbox/AI-Development/Personal/Obsidian-Vault/MyOS is the Obsidian vault root, not merely an old project folder. It contains active projects, standards, architecture references, UI/UX references, knowledge notes, Chowmes runtime notes, and a recovered Telegram transcript.

Keep

• Projects/: active and proposed project workspaces.
• Standards/: coding, testing, writing, design, folder structure, and templates.
• Architecture/: agent harness patterns, evidence tiers, validation patterns, module contracts, and decision log.
• Knowledge/: reusable research and knowledge base material.
• System/: Obsidian and Claude/Hermes setup notes.
• UIX-Lego-Blocks/: design and component reference material.
• Voice/ and Format/: voice and content-format references.
• Chowmes-Inbox/: runtime inbox notes from Chowmes/Hermes.

Merged Into My OS Canonical Notes

• MyOS.md.
• MyOS-Founders-OS.md.
• WorkOS-WIP.md.
• WorkOS-WIP-telegram-session-2026-06-18.md.
• Company-OS/.
• Projects/MyOS/Context.md.

Outcome:

• MyOS.md remains as the root pointer.
• Founder/WorkOS/Company-OS content was merged into Projects/My OS/.
• PRISM-specific material was moved into Projects/PRISM/pipeline-orchestration-notes.md.
• Competitive Intelligence material was moved into Projects/Chowmes/competitive-intelligence-os-notes.md.
• Original source material was reviewed, merged where useful, and removed after Arijit confirmed no archive should be kept.

Removed Source Material

The following duplicate/conflicting paths were removed after their useful content was consolidated:

• Company-OS/
• MyOS-Founders-OS.md
• WorkOS-WIP.md
• WorkOS-WIP-telegram-session-2026-06-18.md
• MyOS Decision Log Session
• Projects/MyOS/
• empty or unused scratch files from the vault root

Remaining Non-My OS Material

Other folders such as Projects/, Standards/, Architecture/, Knowledge/, System/, UIX-Lego-Blocks/, Voice/, and Format/ remain live because they are vault assets, not competing OS structures.

Recommendation

Use Projects/My OS/ as the canonical project home.

Completed on 2026-06-18:

• Legacy material was merged into canonical My OS notes.
• PRISM details were moved to Projects/PRISM/pipeline-orchestration-notes.md.
• Competitive Intelligence details were moved to Projects/Chowmes/competitive-intelligence-os-notes.md.
• Legacy duplicate/conflicting files were deleted after consolidation, per Arijit's instruction.
