Decision: My OS Company Model

Decision

My OS is the single operating system for Arijit's work.

Athena is the CEO agent and strategic mind of My OS. Athena has a company-level ELT available for strategic critique. Each project gets its own workspace only when durable context and execution justify it. Each workspace gets execution roles recruited by Athena based on the job.

Chowmes and Hermes are implementation/runtime layers, not separate organizational layers inside the My OS model. Chowmes is the host/runtime environment. Hermes is the agent platform running inside it. Obsidian/MyOS vault is the durable source of truth, and Telegram is the main interface.

Rejected Alternatives

• Creating many separate OS structures: Work OS, Company OS, Founder OS, Project OS.
• Treating Hermes or Chowmes as extra organizational layers above or beside My OS.
• Putting a full C-suite inside every workspace.
• Creating a new Telegram bot for every topic before proving recurring need.
• Treating Telegram history as the source of truth.

Rationale

The model should feel like a real company operating system, not a pile of folders and bots.

Arijit and Athena need a clear planning layer, but project execution should stay lean. ELT critique belongs at company level. Workspace execution teams should be sized to the actual work.

Follow-Up

• Use Projects/My OS/ as the canonical project home.
• Keep legacy notes until their useful content has been folded in or Arijit approves archiving.
• Configure Hermes/Athena to route according to this structure.
• Pilot the structure with Competitive Intelligence before creating more roles, bots, or profiles. PRISM is now an external system with its own Hermes and webapp, not a MyOS-Core workspace pilot.
