The engine is operational, weekly rendering works, runtime sync preserves ci.sqlite and raw/, and the static dashboard artifact exists on the VPS. On 2026-06-27, live CI was upgraded to use collector strategy fields, Scout 0.1.1 acquisition metadata, RSS/feed parsing, fallback collectors, source health events, and a dashboard collector summary. Latest enabled source health after the fallback-enabled run is 39 ok / 0 failed.

On 2026-06-28, Semantic Intelligence Layer v0.2 was deployed. The engine now writes typed semantic_facts and semantic_deltas, suppresses legacy raw-change signals from synthesis, and exposes Customer Proof Radar, Narrative And Content Radar, Decision Queue, and Suppressed Signals in the dashboard.

On 2026-06-29, Argus was accepted as the dedicated male CI agent profile and then activated as the dedicated Telegram CI bot. Argus-owned daily and weekly cron jobs are active under the argus Hermes profile. The old default daily/weekly CI cron jobs were removed from Athena/default cron state. The CI skill is upgraded to 1.3.4 with post-run self-check, Argus review artifacts, Argus-owned delivery copy, and an Argus CI field manual after daily and weekly runs.

Current Objective

Improve the intelligence quality now that Argus owns the mechanical CI loop. The validation target is no longer "make Argus active"; it is "make Argus worth reading every day."

Open Risks

• Quiet days can be false quiet if important sources are blocked.
• Weekly synthesis can become forced if future prompt paths bypass the semantic/raw-change guard.
• Generic CI OS should not be generalized before the Algolia pack proves which signals matter.
• Athena delivering daily CI directly would blur CEO oversight with operational reporting; current delivery belongs to Argus.
• Argus cron jobs are active, but the first naturally scheduled Argus daily run still needs post-run review after the next 9:00 AM ET execution.
• A dashboard built before the signal model is disciplined can become a pretty archive of weak intelligence.
• External or Algolia stakeholder access requires explicit permission, authentication, and claim-quality controls.
