Decision-First Dashboard v1 Log
Date: 2026-06-28
What Happened
The standalone algolia-competitive-intelligence dashboard seed was redesigned from an operational signal/source dashboard into a decision-first command center.
The design uses the market-truth research directly:
- Paid CI tools already cover monitoring, battlecards, dashboards, alerts, Q&A, and enablement.
- Chowmes CI's wedge is not generic monitoring breadth.
- The product must turn market movement into Algolia-specific decisions, owners, evidence, and quality gates.

Validation
npm run dashboard:buildpassed.- Headless Chrome desktop screenshot rendered.
- Headless Chrome mobile screenshot rendered, but the headless capture appears to crop a wider CSS viewport at 375px. The CSS includes mobile breakpoints and responsive constraints, but true mobile browser/device validation remains a follow-up.
