Decision

The CI dashboard should use the combined Executive Brief + Intel Queue model.

The screen should not start with a recommendation. Every surfaced finding must first explain:

1. What happened.
2. Why it matters.
3. Recommended response.
4. Evidence.

Implementation

The local dashboard artifact and standalone repo dashboard were updated to use real archived CI data and the agreed IA spine. The primary finding is the 2026-06-20 AWS OpenSearch Serverless / agent skills signal. Other findings include Constructor/Bloomreach customer proof and the repeated AI search packaging pattern.
